Delays in manufacturing start where information drops between departments.

The customer's request from sales, the constraints from production, the call from quality, the lead time from purchasing. In INARY, all of it stays in one thread, and the AI works from that history.

A new product or a schedule change is a relay between departments

Manufacturing work crosses departments. Sales takes the request, engineering sets the spec, purchasing sources the material, production builds it, quality checks it. When information stops at any one of them, the delivery slips and quality drops. With the plant and the sales office in different places, more so. Information locked in people and departments is what causes the delay.

Every department in one thread per job

In INARY, each job gets a thread that crosses departments. Requests, specs, dates, and changes stay in one place, and anyone who joins later catches up by reading. Distant sites look at the same thread. If specs and drawings live in Google documents and spreadsheets, you can read them with INARY and pull out what matters.

The AI handles the checking and organizing, from the history

INARY's AI is inside the thread and knows who decided what. Ask it to organize the change history of a job, or to explain production's constraints in terms sales can use, and it answers from the history. Everyone reads the answer in the same place, so each department's position is checked on the same page. If you have an overseas plant or staff who speak other languages, AI translation lets them join the same thread.

What changes

Fewer meetings and emails for confirmation, and schedule changes that reach everyone. Run supplier conversations in a space shared with external people, and others can follow them. Everyone, including the shop floor, can be included for free with unlimited members.

01

Our floor staff do not have computers. Can they use it?

INARY has a smartphone app. See the download page.

02

Can we share drawings and CAD files?

Files can be shared in threads and chats. What the AI can read is the content of documents, spreadsheets, and text.

03

Can we control what each supplier sees?

Spaces shared with external people and internal-only spaces are separate. What a partner can see is decided per space.
