09 · Email handled with the context of the organization

Email

Draft, reply, and decide together without explaining the background again.

A generic AI sees pasted text, not the company, the work behind it, or the relationship with the correspondent. In INARY, the AI can discuss the message and help draft a reply using the organization’s shared context and the email history already in the room. There is no need to copy the email into a separate AI and brief it from scratch. Share the message to a Thread or Chat to decide the response with teammates, and let multiple members who connect the same address work from the same email room.

WHAT CHANGES

How Email changes the work

  1. 01

Ask the AI to discuss, draft, or refine a reply using the work and relationship context already available in INARY.

  2. 02

Share the email to a Thread or Chat so the relevant members can inspect the message and decide the response together.

  3. 03

Let multiple members who connect the same email address share the same mail room, so response history and responsibility do not stay with one person.

IN REAL WORK
01

A message arrives with history

Open the email where the prior exchange and the organization’s working context are already available.

02

Ask and decide together

Ask the AI for a draft, then share the email to the relevant Thread or Chat when the response needs team judgment.

03

Respond as a team

The responsible member replies from INARY while the shared address keeps the history available to the next person.

AI EMAIL FILTER

Fewer phishing emails in front of your people.

  1. 01

Attackers keep finding ways past spam filters. Much of their phishing comes from domains they own, so it passes sender authentication, and the wording and the impersonated brand change every few days.

  2. 02

No one spots every phishing email. The more of them arrive, the more likely someone eventually clicks.

  3. 03

So cut how many reach people at all. AI reads each new message, including its body and links, and flags spam and phishing.

  4. 04

Messages judged dangerous or spam are moved to the junk folder, never deleted, so you can move them back at any time.

  5. 05

Detection runs only when it is turned on. Only the sender, subject, body, and links are sent to the AI; attachments and images are never sent.
