What is INARY?

INARY turns AI conversations from private, disposable history into an organizational asset. People and INARY work in shared Threads/Chats, where questions, answers, corrections, and decisions remain available to the team. INARY remembers the organization and its work, and carries that context into email, Calendar, external conversations, and approved work through Connectors. One account provides access to Gemini, ChatGPT, Claude, and Grok, with automatic or manual selection for each request.

How is INARY different from using ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, or Grok individually?

When an AI is used individually, the interaction is mainly between one user and the AI. In INARY, members and INARY work in shared Threads/Chats. Everyone in the conversation can review the first question, INARY’s answer, teammates’ follow-up questions and corrections, and the final decision.

Which services can INARY connect to?

Connectors are an expandable foundation rather than a fixed service list. Google, GitHub, and Zoom Meetings are currently available as optional connectors. Zoom Meetings connects a user's own account so INARY can issue and revoke meeting links on request. Desktop Connector is available only in the desktop app for explicitly permitted folders. The catalog can expand into accounting, HR, CRM, sales, project management, and other services through connectors developed by INARY or service vendors.

What if the connector I need does not exist yet?

In the desktop app, Local MCP lets a user add tools from a locally configured MCP server without waiting for an official connector. This makes it possible to connect internal systems and specialized workflows beyond the published connector catalog.

Can an organization manage access and external actions?

Yes. Administrators can manage members, departments, roles, Thread creation permissions, public and private Threads, and Connector policies. Changes made through Connectors can be shown for human review before they are executed.

Can I use multiple AIs with one INARY account?

Yes. One INARY account lets you use Gemini, ChatGPT, Claude, and Grok without switching between separate AI-service accounts. Auto is the default in the composer: INARY uses the question's nature, attachments, and work surface to select one model and reasoning effort from the currently available options. You can also choose the vendor, exact model, and reasoning level yourself. Every answer shows the model and effort that actually ran.
