Does the AI read other departments' conversations on its own?
The AI works from what is discussed in the thread it is in. It does not read conversations of members who are not in that thread.
How is AI usage billed?
AI usage is billed by what you actually use, and an administrator can set a cap. There is no per-seat AI fee.
