The manager's math
A seat costs the same whether it is used every day or never. Give one to everyone and most of the spend looks wasted—so it goes to the people who already know AI. Reasonable, as budgets go.

For teams that work in Slack, Chatwork, Microsoft Teams, or Discord. INARY is an AI workspace where team chat and ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Grok live in one account. One contract, and AI is billed only for what you actually use. No more deciding who gets AI.
The first decision in any enterprise AI rollout is who gets a license. When every seat costs a fixed monthly fee whether it is used or not, limiting AI to the power users is the rational call.
A seat costs the same whether it is used every day or never. Give one to everyone and most of the spend looks wasted—so it goes to the people who already know AI. Reasonable, as budgets go.
Among U.S. employees, 26% use AI at work a few times a week or more and 12% use it daily; 49% never do[1]. In Japan, 32% of workers use it on the job and fewer than 12% use it four or more days a week[2]. Even where a company has rolled it out, daily users are one in several.
Once seats are rationed, everyone else loses access altogether. The less familiar someone is with AI, the further they sit from where the answers appear. That is the side effect of seat pricing.
Team-chat seats plus AI seats, stacked, next to INARY's account fee. INARY bills AI by actual usage, so instead of guessing a number we show the gap.
| An AI seat for everyone | AI seats for 10 people | INARY for everyone | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Team chat (Slack Pro, annual) | $362.50 | $362.50 | — included |
| AI seats (ChatGPT Business, annual) | $1,000 | $200 (10 people) | — no seat fee |
| AI usage | — included in the seat | — included in the seat | pay for what you use |
| Monthly total | $1,362.50 | $562.50 (40 people without AI) | $215.50 + usage |
The gap—$1,147 against a seat for everyone, $347 against ten seats—is what 50 people can spend on actual AI usage.
ChatGPT Plus ($20) plus Claude Pro ($20) is $40 a month per person before the team chat seat. Upgrade one of them to Claude Max ($100) and it is $120. INARY gives a single account ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Grok, billed by usage.
Seat pricing carries one more cost that never shows on the invoice: usage caps. Claude Pro's allowance resets every five hours[4]; a ChatGPT Business Standard seat has a per-five-hour message estimate, and only the Premium seat ($125 a month) removes the five-hour limit[5]. When the cap hits, the work stops—someone takes over by hand, or waits. When the AI resumes, it re-reads the situation and spends tokens on that too. INARY bills by usage, so no hourly cap interrupts the work. The only cap is the budget an administrator chooses to set.
List prices from each vendor's official U.S. page as of September 13, 2026, annual billing, before tax. The table illustrates billing structure, not actual invoices. AI usage charges depend on the model used and the amount of use.
INARY's price is a per-account fee—your team-chat seat—plus the organization's actual AI usage. There is no AI seat. The Free plan has unlimited accounts at $0.

The charts illustrate the billing structure, not actual charges or savings. AI usage fees vary by the model that ran and actual consumption.
What keeps usage low is that INARY picks the right AI for each request—ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or Grok—so a simple question does not run on the most expensive one. You can choose the model yourself at any time.
Prompt technique, skills, memory settings—"mastering" AI can stay with the few who enjoy it. The real value of an AI assistant is knowledge no single person could hold, available to anyone who asks.
AI as a power tool for experts is real, but it is a fraction of the value. What most of a team needs is not fluency with the tool. It is the answer, right there in the conversation.
In INARY, when a teammate asks INARY in a thread, the question and the answer stay in that thread. You never had to ask; the knowledge reached you anyway. It is an AI knowledge base that builds itself while people work.
Mention @INARY. It already has the thread's context, so there is no long prompt to write. The less experienced the person, the bigger this difference.

Raising the output of the 20% who already use AI only takes a seat license. INARY exists so the other 80% can put AI's knowledge into their own work. When knowledge reaches the whole organization, a company's imagination is counted in everyone, not in the few. That is what INARY is for.
Unlimited accounts, $0 account fee. Everyone can try INARY within the monthly free allowance.
Who asks what, and which threads call INARY. Real usage shows the demand that seat licenses never revealed.
Unlimited history, AI billed by usage. The per-account fee drops as your team grows.
Yes. An administrator can set a cap on AI usage charges, so you can fix the budget before rolling AI out to everyone.
AI is billed only when it is used, so an inactive person's AI cost is $0. On paid plans, the per-account fee (your team-chat seat) applies to every account; on Free it is $0 as well.
Yes. INARY routes each request automatically, and you can pick ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or Grok yourself.
INARY is an AI workspace for teams. One person using a single AI heavily may pay less on that AI's flat plan—but flat plans come with hourly usage caps, and INARY has none. Compare the team total, and whether the work keeps moving.
