The topic splits
A and B discuss when an out-of-stock item will arrive. B checks with C, and C handles the receiving work with D.

As a team grows, one topic splits across threads and email, and tracing what happened gets harder. With AI Search, you just ask in plain words. INARY searches your team’s conversations and your email on your behalf, reads what it finds, and answers with a summary. It uses the people, dates, and places in what it reads as clues to search again, so it can follow a discussion that continued somewhere else. Every answer links to the messages and emails it is based on.
Hand off the work of guessing keywords, running searches, and opening threads one by one.
When a discussion has moved to another thread or to email, INARY follows the people and dates it finds to look for the rest.
Answers come with a summary and links to the sources, so anyone can check the original message or email.
A and B discuss when an out-of-stock item will arrive. B checks with C, and C handles the receiving work with D.
A asks in the thread: “@INARY when is the restock arriving?” In My Desk, you can ask without the @INARY.
INARY reads B’s exchange with C and C’s conversation with D, then answers with the arrival date and links to the sources.
It searches only the conversations you can see—public threads, the private threads and chats you belong to, your My Desk, and so on—and the inboxes you connected to INARY (excluding spam and trash). It never reads other people’s email or places you can’t open.
Email is read from your mail server at the moment you ask. INARY does not import your mail to search it, and reading a message does not mark it as read.
The answer is posted where you asked, and everyone there can read it, including answers based on your email. To search email you would rather not share, ask in My Desk.
It is not available in external spaces shared with people outside your organization, so internal information and your email never move into a neutral shared space.
You pay only when you ask, as part of the usual usage-based AI charge. On the free plan it works within the free AI allowance and searches the last 90 days of conversations. If it can’t find something, it says so.
