Onboarding is slow because the people who teach are busy.

Knowledge sharing is not writing manuals. It is having the history of the work in a thread, with an AI that answers from it.

The manual exists, but nothing moves without asking

You write the handover document, and the new hire still comes over to ask. A manual can hold the steps, but not why things are done that way or how the last case was decided. The person teaching stops their own work to answer. Slow onboarding is rarely about the new hire's ability. It is about history that exists only in someone's head.

The history stays in the thread

In INARY, work runs in a thread per project. What the problem was, who decided what, and how it ended all stay there. A new hire reads the thread and follows not just the steps but the reasoning. There is no separate handover document to write.

The AI answers "how did we handle this before?"

When a new hire asks in the thread how a case should be handled, INARY's AI answers with that thread's history as its premise: how it was decided before, and why. The new hire keeps moving without waiting, and the senior keeps working.

The answer appears in the same thread, so the senior sees it too and corrects it on the spot if needed. Nobody proceeds on a wrong answer they got alone.

What changes

Less time spent teaching, and a wider range of things a new hire can catch up on alone. When a person changes roles, the history is already in the thread, so the handover is light. Knowledge sharing stops being a documentation project and becomes a side effect of ordinary work.

01

What if our past conversations are in another tool?

Start new projects in INARY threads and everything from that point on is kept. INARY is free to start with unlimited members, so a team can move over on its own.

02

What if the AI's answer is out of date?

The answer is posted in the same thread, so colleagues correct it right there. The correction stays in the thread and becomes the premise the next time the question comes up.

03

Does giving AI to new hires raise our costs?

INARY has no per-seat AI fee. AI usage is billed by what is used, so adding people does not add fixed cost, and an administrator can set a cap.
