How is the AI spending cap set?
An administrator sets the organization's AI spending cap, so you decide the budget before giving AI to everyone.

Each department signs up for a different AI, and people paste company information into personal accounts. INARY lets you manage company-wide AI use under one contract and one cap.
Ban AI, and people use personal accounts. Allow it, and each department signs up for a different service with no view of who uses how much. Company information gets pasted into personal AIs, outside the company's control. For IT, the problem with AI rollout is not model quality. It is contracts, cost, and where the information ends up.
INARY lets people switch between ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Grok in one account. No department needs its own AI contract, and nobody has to log in to a personal account to use AI at work. AI is billed by usage rather than by seat, and an administrator can set a cap on AI spending. It is free to start with unlimited members, so you can pilot in one department and expand.
In INARY, AI is used inside threads and chats, and both the question and the answer stay there. The habit of pasting company information into a personal AI goes away, and who asked the AI what is visible in the space. Security details are on the security page.
"I can't log in" and "how do I set this up" come in through chats and threads that the IT team sees together. The AI knows the history of that space, so it can answer from past replies. With the GitHub connector, development status can be checked with the AI and reviewed as a team.
