Calendar

Stop comparing everyone’s calendar. Ask INARY when the group is free.

Scheduling a meeting should not mean opening each person’s calendar and searching by hand. Ask INARY, “When can Mika, Ken, and I meet for an hour next week?” It checks their working hours and schedules and returns the times that work. If no one-hour slot exists, it says so and can show what works with a shorter meeting or a wider date range. Choose a time, review the attendees and meeting details, and then create the event. When you open INARY, Calendar is already the first screen, with INARY events and imported schedules together in month or week view.

WHAT CHANGES

How Calendar changes the work

  1. 01

Ask, “When can these members meet for an hour next week?” and receive common openings—or a clear answer that none fit.

  2. 02

Open INARY directly on Calendar and see business, personal, Google, Microsoft, and iCloud/CalDAV schedules together in month or week view.

  3. 03

Create an event with organization members, a meeting link, and an email invitation; calendar changes proposed by Team AI wait for human approval.

  4. 04

In an External space, everyone can opt in to scheduling and find a shared opening without showing the contents of their calendars to the other organization.
