This Privacy Policy explains how ARMERIA LLC ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects information in connection with INARY (the "Service").
We collect: (a) account information such as your name, email address, and organization, handled through our authentication provider; (b) content you submit to the Service, including the messages and data you provide to the AI; and (c) usage and technical information such as log data, device and browser information, and how the Service is used.
We use information to provide, operate, secure, and improve the Service; to generate AI responses to your requests; to process billing; to communicate with you about the Service; and to comply with legal obligations.
To generate responses, your content may be transmitted to third-party large language model providers that we use to operate the Service. These providers process the content to return a response. We select providers with a view to security and data handling appropriate to a business service.
We use third parties to operate the Service, including cloud hosting, database, authentication, and payment processing providers. They process information only as needed to provide their services to us.
INARY offers optional connectors that let you link your own Google account (for example Google Drive, Sheets, Docs, Slides, Calendar, Tasks, and Gmail) so the AI can act on your instructions. If you connect a Google account:
What we access. The Service accesses your Google data only when you instruct the AI to do so (for example, asking it to read a spreadsheet), and only within the scopes you granted on Google's consent screen.
How we use it. Data obtained through Google APIs is used solely to provide user-facing features of the Service: reading, summarizing, and editing the content you point the AI at, and returning the result to you — which may include posting the response into the conversation where you invoked the AI. We do not use Google user data for advertising, do not sell it, and do not use it to develop, improve, or train generalized AI or machine-learning models.
What we store. We store the authentication tokens needed to keep your connection (encrypted at rest) and the list of granted scopes. Content retrieved from Google APIs is processed to answer your request; we do not maintain a separate copy of your Google data.
Sharing. Retrieved content is transmitted to the third-party model providers described in Section 3 only as needed to generate the response you requested. We do not transfer Google user data to any other third party except as necessary to provide these features, to comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger or acquisition with notice to you.
Human access. Our staff do not read data obtained from Google APIs except with your permission, where necessary for security or abuse investigations, to comply with applicable law, or where the data has been aggregated and de-identified.
Revoking access. You can disconnect your Google account at any time from the connector settings in the Service or from your Google account's security settings. Upon disconnection we delete the stored tokens.
INARY's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
We retain information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, and thereafter as required for legal, accounting, or legitimate operational purposes.
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Information may be processed in countries other than where you are located, including where our service providers operate. We take steps intended to ensure appropriate protection of such transfers.
You may access or update your account information, and you may request deletion of your account by contacting us. Some information may be retained where required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
We may update this Policy from time to time. We will indicate the last updated date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice.
