Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of INARY (the "Service"), operated by ARMERIA LLC ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and the organization you represent.

1. The Service

INARY is a team-based AI assistant for organizations. The Service is currently offered as a closed beta and may change, be limited, or be suspended as we continue development. Features described on this website may be added, modified, or removed.

2. Accounts and organizations

Accounts belong to an organization (workspace). The person who creates an organization administers it, including managing members and billing. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to disrupt it, accessing it without authorization, using it to violate any applicable law, or submitting content that infringes the rights of others. We may suspend or terminate access that violates these Terms.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of the content your organization submits to the Service. You grant us the limited rights necessary to operate and provide the Service, including processing your content to generate responses. We do not claim ownership of your content.

5. Plans, fees, and billing

Paid plans are billed per user per month in US dollars, as shown on our Pricing page. Fees are charged at the start of each billing period through our payment processor. You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future charges. Except as required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable given the nature of the digital service.

6. Usage limits

Each plan includes a monthly usage allowance ("battery"). When the allowance is exhausted, usage may be paused until the next period or until additional capacity is obtained. We may apply reasonable limits to protect the stability of the Service.

7. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, especially during the beta period. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Service with reasonable notice where practicable.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. AI-generated output may be inaccurate; you are responsible for reviewing it before relying on it. To the extent permitted by law, our liability arising from the Service is limited to the fees you paid in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or if required to protect the Service or other users.

10. Customer names and logos

For the purpose of presenting organizations that use the Service, we may display the trade name, name, and logo of the organization you represent on our website, in sales materials, and in other promotional media without charge. If the organization asks us to stop displaying them, we will do so within a reasonable period.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts having jurisdiction over the location of our head office.
