What gets lost around a Zoom meeting is the before and the after.

From "let's talk" to the meeting link, the context on the day, and the outcome afterward. In INARY, all of it continues in one thread.

The context is spoken, the outcome is a note that disappears

Online meetings themselves are easy now. What is hard is everything around them. What the meeting is about gets buried in the scheduling chat. People who could not attend have to ask someone for the outcome. A recording exists, but nobody has time to watch it. Most of a meeting's value is in its context and its conclusion, and those are exactly what does not get kept.

Create the meeting link inside the conversation

When a thread or chat in INARY reaches the point of meeting, you can create a Zoom meeting link right there. Add it to a calendar event, or ask for it in chat, and move from making plans to being ready to meet without opening another tool. The context of the meeting is the conversation in that thread.

Bring the outcome back to the same thread

After the meeting, write what was decided and what happens next in the same thread. The context and the outcome sit side by side, so anyone who missed it catches up by reading. INARY's AI is inside that thread, so you can ask it to organize what the meeting decided, and it answers from the context and the outcome.

What changes

Fewer round trips to set up a meeting: the date, the link, the agenda. People who did not attend are not left behind. Instead of asking "what did we decide in that meeting?", people read the thread.

01

Do we need a separate Zoom account?

The Zoom connector connects to the Zoom account you already use and creates the meeting link from there.

02

Is the meeting link tied to the calendar event?

Yes. A Zoom meeting link created in INARY can be added to a calendar event.

03

Can the AI summarize the meeting?

The AI can organize the context and the outcome written in the thread. Anything said out loud but not written in the thread is not visible to it.
